1.Definitions

jilii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a government-issued Philippine identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension.

4.Account Registration

To access jilii's real-money gaming services, you must create a jilii account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jilii account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide truthful information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• jilii may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID).
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Notify jilii promptly of any changes to your contact details.
• jilii reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

5.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilii login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jilii account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your jilii login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your jilii account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jilii immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your jilii account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jilii of a security breach in a timely manner.

6.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jilii Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds may be deposited via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and supported Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jilii reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilii reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable law, following prior written notice to the registered contact.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

jilii offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• jilii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jilii reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilii Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.Intellectual Property

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilii shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Platform's services due to circumstances beyond jilii's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or payment processing estimates.

jilii's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilii account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.Responsible Gaming

jilii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: jilii strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any remaining balance returned, less any bonuses claimed.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jilii reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where permitted by law, any balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Legitimate balances will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your jilii account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals or open investigations.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilii Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jilii's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. jilii will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any unresolved disputes.

15.Amendments to These Terms

jilii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilii will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will post the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the jilii Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jilii support.
